I can prefix a load of positive adjectives for Sujata describing why she is one of the best real estate agents in Bay area but just to list a few - she is very knowledgeable, professional, pro-client, responsive, attentive, diligent, passionate, transparent, trustworthy, amazing and outstanding in what she does. She is very methodical. She will send you all the required documents, that you need to review, verify and/or sign. She will follow up with a phone call or message (or both) to make sure that you have read and understood every document and not blindly signing them.

She does her homework about the house, the neighborhood, the Comps beforehand and gives very prompt advice but she asks you to decide whether to see the house, put the offer in etc. (Trust me, it will be very easy to decide Aye or Nay on your own, once she gives you ALL the details) Once the offer we put in got accepted by the sellers, she stayed with us throughout the closing period (and continues to check-in at least once a day even now) and kept us updated on many things happening behind-the-scenes. She was in constant touch with the Lending officer / Banker, the selling agent, Title company, HOA manager via emails and phone calls. She looped me in only when I was needed, otherwise we used to get an update everyday as “F Y Is” – which I really appreciated very much.

What we also appreciate about her is the way she treated us as if we were the only client she had - I am pretty sure that she treats all her clients just like this and if you ever become her client, you too will get that same treatment. She was very transparent and honest from Day 1 and we are really thankful to her for that. Bottom line – Sujata came onboard our “House buying project” as the Buyers’ agent (just a role at that time, at least in my head), became our guide, our representative, a little bit of Financial advisor during the course of the project and at the end, she became more than mere agent, a good friend who continues to help us even after we got the house and our contract is over (legally) So a HUGE THANK YOU to you Sujata!!

We started our search for our first dream home in early October 2020.
